OpsPilot is the name we use for the marketing system we build for each client. It runs on GoHighLevel, plus whatever custom pieces your business needs on top. The point of giving it a name is so you have one thing to point to when you say 'that's the system that runs my marketing,' instead of listing six different tools.

Both. We start with strategy. What's your offer, who are you selling to, where's your funnel leaking. Then we build the automation to execute that strategy. You don't get an empty platform and a how-to guide. You get a finished system someone thought through.

No. We do the building, the writing, and the technical setup. You get a dashboard that shows what the system is doing and a person to call when you want to change something. Most of our clients open the dashboard once a week to see new leads and that's about it.

We build the missing piece. GoHighLevel handles most of what service businesses need, but every now and then a client needs something custom — a unique integration, a specific calculator, a workflow no platform supports out of the box. That's where we extend it.

Two to four weeks for most clients. Simpler businesses get launched closer to two, more complex ones lean toward four. We don't push live until every automation has been tested with realistic data.

Service businesses and coaches, mostly. The pattern we look for is: you're getting leads, you have something good to sell, but the gap between someone showing interest and someone paying is too wide and too manual. If that's you, we're probably a fit.
