I'm Rishabh, founder of RK Media Company. The reason this agency exists is pretty simple. I kept building beautiful websites for clients who were getting real interest from them and then losing those leads because nobody had time to follow up.
So the work shifted. We still build websites and run marketing, but everything now plugs into a system we set up for you so the leads don't sit waiting for someone to remember them.

Started building websites
I launched RK Media Company building websites for friends, friends of friends, and small local businesses. The work was good but I kept noticing that great sites still lost most of their leads after launch.
Got obsessed with the leak
I went deep on GoHighLevel and automation because I was tired of watching clients pay for marketing and then drop leads on the floor. The website wasn't the bottleneck. What happened after the form submission was.
Made the agency about systems
We rebuilt how we deliver work. Now every project, even a website, gets wired into a marketing system from day one. We called the system OpsPilot because clients needed a name to refer to it by.
Where we are now
Working mostly with service businesses and coaches across Canada. Most of our growth has come through referrals from people we've already worked with, which is the test we care about.
